um those spacers are suposed to go under the caster camber kit. They slid onto the shaft and then the shaft goes through the caster camber hole. Finally, the nut screws on.

From the MM website..

Important
=======
Important - At least one spacer above the caster camber plate spherical bearing is required to allow proper movement. Failure to do so will result in limited bearing articulation and possible damage to the bearing and/or the strut!

Redcone, how hard was the install?

I've got my CC plates, just don't have my struts/shocks or LCAs yet.

most people are too dumb to realize that you have to put the spacers ON TOP when you lower the car, i think i could have gotten away with using equal spacers on each side but the car is just under 2 inches so i played it safe...

C/C wasnt too terribly hard, struts were easy and i need LCAS lol

do you have an issue with the top of the strut contacting the hood I know with mine i had to move one of the spacers down so the hood wouldn't contact?

if you wish to shorten your available suspension travel by leaving the spacers on bottom, by all means go for it, but unless you dont trust what a suspension company as well known as Maximum Motorsports you should do it the way i have it.

i cant tell who is being serious on here and who isnt so im giving everyone crap

oh and invertmast.... you would be the one who is own.t

yep, makes all kinda noise right now too... i plan on having to dremel out some of the hood, or move one spacer down as you said, i might do that just to make it easier for everything, and possibly give me a bit more travel for those drag launches

I don't think dremeling out a notch in the hood will hurt anything as long as you chamfer the edges of the notch you cut out. I don't have any issues with shock bottoming and its been like that for a year so i just left mine alone.

I went 50/50 with 2 spacers on the bottom and two on the top..

I have Bilstiens with FRPP C Springs.

So far so good and it's 3000% better than what I had before when I didn't have the C/C plates and spacers to change the bump travel..

I don't know. Neither one of us have proper strut travel so I doubt our cars will ever work right

Your photography FTW.

What camera do you have? Do you use photoshop for all of your photos? If not, what DO you use?
