ooohh man what a great addition to the car the diablosport performance tune (91 octane) and C&L cia. The car feels totally different and you could tell from the get go. I have greater response and the car seems to sound better. The SLP loudmouths are helping I'm sure. I got some advice though from my mechanic that instead of getting the JBA headers I should spend the money on a gear change. He said that would really make the car jump. However I got my mind set on the JBAs what do you guys think? i've been told the headers would only add about 5-8 hp is this true? anyways I would highly recommend the diablo tuner, c&l kit for anyone that is thinking about getting them.

yeah, change gears, it will help your times more than headers will.

I am thinking I will do both the shorty JBA headers and a gear change. The gear change looks like it could be done at a very small price (the parts and install) however the headers I have to go with is the shortys, I live in Cal. I wish I could do the long tubes we have a ton of emission regulations we gotta follow. I do not feel like swapping out headers every 3 years. I am still doig research on which ratio gear change to go with.I may go 3.9 or the 4.1 I was told it is not good for long trips having the gears set that high. Will see thanks guys.

go with the jba's if you want. hear some guys having fitment problems. i went with ford motorsport's shorties and they fit great and there a hell of a lot cheaper at about $325. if you change gears go 410 or not all. they will help the car get off the line quicker on the track but if you don't see a lot of track time your just gonig smoke the tires anyway.

I think you should go ahead and get the gear change, and then buy the long tube headers, dont waste your time with the shorties, they wont do much in long run!

I was considering that setup and have a few questions. Did you do the work yourself and if so did you follow up with a dyno to refine the tune? How long have you had it installed (miles) and any trouble with Trouble Codes?
Thanks
