In their ads they say that they are best used without ram air etc., items due to best performance without them the way they are sold. I was just wondering why, if you had a ram air system wouldn't that help it out, i was thinking of making one from the passenger side fog light hole thru the fenderwell.

You'd probably be just as successful with removing the headlight at the track.

I already do. and i didnt know i already had an 80mm, plus i was going to go with a larger injector, so i was gonna get it for the ease of changing the calibration tube.but would say continuing to remove my headlight effect negatively or would it still help?

Hmmm, well I thought I saw a C&L MAF in your sig, but my eyes ain't what they used to be. Stay away from the C&L MAF, and I'm not sure why you want to go to larger injectors?
The OEM MAF is good for 400HP+.
