C3w1 Computer Chipped? Pics Inside..

My computer has obviously been tampered with given it was missing two screws and the factory seal was missing and a piece of tape in its place. Dont really know what im looking for..
If i had to guess it may be something with the chip that has the orange tag with numbers on it?
Any help greatly appreciated.

A chip would usually be plugged into the opening on the right side where that pink stuff is. My guess is it's just a reman computer.
