I have a '93 notchback 5 speed now, and i came across a good deal on a '92 hatch w/ a c4 w/ a 3500 stall kit

I dont know much about auto, what is the advantage of having a c4????, can i shift throught the gears or something or does it just not have od...and what is a 3500 stall kit??

also how hard would it be to put a a/c back in it in summer, currently theres no a/c or ps.....

the car wont move until you reach that certain amount of RPMS so with 3500 you have to rev to that before it actually moves

im not an auto guy but ill toss out what i think i know. stall is the speed (in rpms) that the torque convertor locks up at. so below 3500 the TC would slip. once at 3.5K and above it does not slip (not as much parasitic drivetrain loss).

shift kit has to do with adjusting how and where the trans shifts. many autos have gear engagement overlap at the shifts which wears stuff out quicker. the kits firms up the shifts, remove some of this overlap and often move the shift points up a little higher in the rev band.

a manual valvebody will allow one to shift the thing like a stick.

Yes your car will still move below 3500 RPMs. True the C4 doesn't have overdrive.
