I started to get a surging idle in Neutral which I had to turn my car off and on to get it to go back down.. I ran it like this for a couple of days because I was too lazy due to a back injury to go pull off the hood(pin on hood), anyways it was getting annoying so I went to check it out and my CAI fell off at the TB. I replaced the CAI but the problem has not gone away, should I just try cleaning the IAB and TPS or will I probably have to replace one of them?

try cleaning the IAC. Most likely it just got a lot of dirt in it. Although im not sure how you have a CAI fall off. and then dont notice?
