California carb numbers?

man, I hate santa barbara... wouldn't go near there if I didn't have friends there (or if Isla Vista didnt exist). Day after I got my GT I was up there, they left me alone though... guess my flowmasters weren't loud enough.

What do you expect from a city that tries to destroy all growth and won't even allow drive thrus
 
was that lightning given a ticket for his fuel pressure regulator and down pipe not having EO's driectly on them instead of the cop knowing that the whole blower kit being included? i was talking to that guy at in and out a few fridays ago while we were drooling over the mystichrome that pulled up.
 
ok, i have a black 81 ltd(beater car) and a dark green 2000 mercury GM non-HP. talked to the smog ref and it wasnt the distributer that failed the test. the accel coil was not legal for after 91 ford f150's, the blower did NOT have an EO on it, after further investigation that was ok, however the open breather valve is illegal and the fine still stands for that. also be aware that the referee in SB reads stangnet, so it might be smart to not list your mods in case you have to visit him. o, they can test for gutted cats, all you do is rap the cat with a wrench and if it makes a hollow sound, you know its not legit. your best case senario is to just put the stock mid section back on incase you have to visit the referee. not being an ass, just letting you know the truth.
