It's not, they would replace it with another NPI engine. You can look at the intake manifold as well - the difference bwteen PI and NPI is what side the front intake runner comes from.Sweet.. Yea I know all about the NPI and P.I. stuff.. I have 00 GT heads cam and intake ready to bolt on.. The only thing is the car is a 98 and was told that the motor was replaced at ford, so I am trying to find out if it is a P.I. motor already or not..

Part's are in my sig. Ran 13.97@100.5mph with 2.00 60 foot before heads/cams/intake/tune ect. Auto it build to a stage II transgo spec and J-Mod spec accumulator piston and valvebody. Hardened shafts. 3200 stall spec-rite torque converter, B&M cooler. Built for 550rwhp daily use.
