welcome to :SNSign:

Not to say this in a negative way but i dont think we have as many aero autos over here... If you're wanting pictures, may just have to settle for some of the ol 5 speed guys only one i remember right off the top of my head is CobraRed who has a auto although i know there are more

Also, dunno if you're too familiar with the 4.6 as 96-98 was Non-Performance Improvement parts years with 99-04 being PI with new cams, intake and heads resulting in about a 40-45 hp difference from the factory.

Sweet.. Yea I know all about the NPI and P.I. stuff.. I have 00 GT heads cam and intake ready to bolt on.. The only thing is the car is a 98 and was told that the motor was replaced at ford, so I am trying to find out if it is a P.I. motor already or not..

It's not, they would replace it with another NPI engine. You can look at the intake manifold as well - the difference bwteen PI and NPI is what side the front intake runner comes from.

Not a Mustang, but still a '96 Auto. The details of my build are in the link in my signature. And if at about 4,200lbs (with driver) I can run high-12's with a conservative tune, then just think what's possible with your GT.

Ok thanks for the help.. I am going to look at mine when I get home.. Buy I can say this if my car is a N.P.I. now and the swap to all the P.I. stuff makes that big a diff, I am going to be real happy when the swap is done..

see sig. it should be low 12's with street tires if/when i ever finish the tune on it. didn't mess with it this past summer due to the $4.60/gallon 94 octane. my 12.6 run was with less mods and running rich.

Ok just looked at my intake and the runner goes from left to right... So is it safe to say I will be much happier swapping some P.I. heads and intake on the car??

My 96 gt auto npi:

ran 14.6ish, with long tubes and 3.73s

tuned, pi intake, 14.2ish

more bs bolt ons, o/r h pipe, 75 mm tb, plenum, 14.0 @ 101-102 through the auto

procharger p600b @ 10 psi, 12.8 @ 113....stock, beat trans, street tires

I just got a built trans with a 3600 stall converter....Im looking at lower 12s/high 11s If I can hook off the line I believe since all my 60 foots are horrible...theyre all in the 2.1 range

Knocking that down to 1.6-1.7 should be worth .75-1 off my e.t I would think

I have looked at this site a bunch but they always have 99-04 listed. Will those fit our year cars or do they have one specificaly for our year that is not listed.
