cam and roller rocker question

I am putting 1.7 RR on junior windosr heads and i was wondering what the clearance between the roller rockers and the top of the valves is supost to be set at. and is it different for exhaust and intake? I was also wondering if a e-303 cam is a mechanical or hydrolic cam, please help if u can.

a E303 cam is a hyd. roller, and you should have NO CLEARANCE between the rocker & valve on a hyd. roller cam(e303).
