Trying to make a long story short, I bought another 93 and am trying to figure out if I am going to use the engine for my turbo car. Its been rebuilt (still no knowledge of compression ratio) has 185 AFRs and a performer intake. Its pushing 311/353 to the rear wheels and sounds like I need to do some valve adjustment.

My question is mainly about the custom grind comp cam. I dont know what its for or anything but whats on the cam card I found. The lift appears to be alot less than the alphabet cams and I found a wire cut of the TPS. Might be a nitrous cam....just dont know.

Gross valve lift both .507
Duration at .050
Int 230 Ex 230
Lobe Lift
Both .3170
Lobe separation
110.0

Any idea what this thing was made for?

weird prefixs on those lobes for a FORD, be best to give the guys at COMP a shout, they can do pretty interesting things I prefer to see a wider seperation on a boosted set-up but it can work with the 110.

What are the timing events?

The HR110+1 means it has a 1 degree advance built in so the events will happen sooner

It only has 10 degrees overlap so that is OK with a boosted set-up, what is the LSA 112 or 114?

LSA is listed as 110. Definitely appreciate the input. Spent much of the night researching cams and trying to learn as much as possible, but still learning. Has made me concider buying a cheap Summit cam to stick in my other motor.

Wouldn't that be 10* of overlap?

Rick, shot you my number on the PM. I am figuring its a nitrous cam from some of the wiring I've been going through in the car.
