Cam in 1994 cobra?'s

Anyone have any specs on the stock cam in a 1994 cobra? I want to put a letter cam in my car, anyone have any insight as to what kind of gains it will give me and whts the best cam? I want to see how much better the letter cams are compared to stock, so if anyone has any info on the sotck cam such as lift and duration i would appreciate it. Thanks

check the sticky at the top of the 94/95 tech board. It has stock cam specs as well as some of aftermarket cams.

If your car is still stock my guess on the cam gain would be 15 to 20 hp.

after you add a cam, your car will never idle right, you might need someone to tune your car.

i just put a e cam in my gt i was told to expect 15 20 hp gain just because it dosnt idle rite doesnt mean it needs to be tuned the only tuning i would think u would need is to play with timing to get peak hp
