I plan on getting GT-40P heads off of an explorer engine and probably an edelbrock or trickflow upper/lower intake... I was looking at crane cams today at work and my boss suggested i get a FMS cam. I really don't want to have to get a tune because there is nowhere around here who will burn a chip for it. Also, I want a cam that will perform well with my automatic trans, 2800 convertor, shiftkit, and 4.10 gears. With the possibility of adding nitrous or turbo.. I want it to be okay also...

Any suggestions?

With the P's in stock form, there's no point in going more than .500 lift since they max out around there.

There are plenty of fast cars on here with E cams. Custom is the way to go. Or you can check the sticky and pick an off the shelf cam that's designed for the 94-95. Crane 2031, Steeda #19, Crower 15511 just to name a few.
