cam/rocker question

As for the pushrod length... it "should" be OK with the stock length, but if the block has been decked, if the heads have been milled, if the head gaskets are thicker or thinner than stock, if the base circle of the cam is somewhat larger or smaller, etc will ALL effect the pushrod length. The stock length is 6.272" just for your reference. As for the VC's... I'm going to take a guess and say no they will not fit without modification. I run 1.6 pedestal mount rockers on my AFR heads and they did not clear without some severe "modification" with a big 'ol hammer.

You should check the geometry too when installing a new cam, though I bet 95% of those that have installed that cam have not done so.
