cam suggestions

I'm putting together a motor for my fox as you guys know by now and thank you for past advise. Well I have most of my parts picked out but the cam seems to be the most difficult to choose because of big brother. I have a holly systemax intake,
vortech v1 w/9psi , and AFR heads being made right now. I want a 3000 stall converter and I am thinking of going 331 hoping it will be will be hard to tell at the sniffer with a boss or dart block. I was looking at lunati's 510A4LUN because of the idle and lobe sep, plus it has power till 6000 witch I think I need with 3000 stall converter. If anyone has any suggestions for me that would be greatly appreciated

I have cam recommendations from comp cams and lunati but they said there cam rec
may not pass. The cams they recommended are really radical, like .565 lift. I'm thinking maybe that the EFI selection from lunati might have a better chance

I would honestly go custom grind with a set up like that. check out Jay Allen. the man knows his stuff.
