just fyi just in case you've never had experience w an "off road" mid-pipe, they make for a smelly cabin.It needs new valve stem seals and I was gonna resurface the valves anyway so I'll just replace the springs while I'm at it. I just ordered bank shorty headers yesterday and am going to order the off road h-pipe next payday so that might take care of my exhaust issue.
If you have to put money into the heads at least go get some gt40's. You can have a better head For only a little more cost. I've heard some bad things about them, the Edelbrock performers/rpm have a better reputation, TFS, AFR are the way to go. TFS is a very Mustang 5.0 dedicated brand and they're good so that's why you'll get a lot of recommendations about them. Buy it RIGHT the first time, it's a large purchase so don't try to cheap out on this part.Are the edlebrock e-street heads good?

Some of the Brodix heads are good. Stay away from the e streets. There is a reason why so many mustangs are running the TFS or AFR heads. You can find some good used ones around 750$. The TFS 170's are just over 1k.I've also got someone trying to sell me brodix heads
That's an expensive game.. The hard part about daily driving a 20 yr old "hotrod" is having enough money to make repairs that 20 yr old cars need and to supe it up.Daily with decent power
