Can a 96 PI run with this Supercharger?

Here's a 98 with pi heads 10.5:1 compression 8-10 psi making 545 rwhp and 652 rwhp with a shot of nitrous on the stock short block.
To recap, I have a stock 98 shortblock including rods, pistons, and crank all circa 1998 from Ford!!!!!

Seems impossible. Who owns this car/engine? Any more details? Is it still alive?
