Working on fixing a bad wiring job on my 1995 gt and found this plug not connected to anything near the ECM. Google wasn't a lot of help hoping someone here might know. The PO tapped into a wire on it for power and thats all I know. It is the brown one.

Better? I dunno. A lot of times, we will refer people to wiring diagrams and such that are the most useful to us.

Most of the old-heads have the diagrams specific to their rides.

Somebody might come along that has these already and is willing to share them if they have a scanner etc..

I do not possess a full diagram for a 95 but I think that connector is a diagnostic connector that is not used on the GT.

Check and see if the tapped wire is 12V with ignition on/off. The PO may have tapped that wire to power something.
