H&R supersports springs; is anybody running this setup. Will it be bad for the shock, what can I expect from the ride and handling, I've been told they were only meant for coilover. Any advice,Thanks.

Bilsteins can be revalved for what ever spring rate you have. Check what spring rate those springs are and buy a set of Bilstein to match that rate. MM sells Bilsteins that they have revalved to their own specs.

I think the MN12 shocks that they put out had a lot of problems with lowered cars but I think they no longer make them. I could be very wrong but I remember hearing that the monotube designed shocks/struts were perfectly fine to use on any ride height since they had internal bump stops or something like that ? Someone will correct my partial knowledge statements I hope.

I have the Supersports and Bilsteins from StangSuspension. Made for each other.

I think in that combo you will find yourself to be overdamped.
