Can I add light grill to 2012 V6

Has anyone added fog lights and grill to their 2011 or 2012 Mustang V6 Coupe?
I've found a harness (Nokya Heavy Duty Fog Light Harnesses - 09-11 Ford Mustang (H10⁄9145)) and an OEM GT light grill with lights, but not sure if it will work or what's involved in the installation.

if you have a V6 nose, the GT grille won't fit.
