Can i buy this part seperately??

I have a 2003 v6 mustang that was given to me recently and upon inspecting the trunk during cleaning i noticed the seal that goes around the filler neck into the trunk was missing. I cannot find this part without having to replace the whole filler neck assembly. Is it possible to buy this part seperately or am I stuck buying the whole neck?

I believe that is for the end of the neck that goes into the tank. the piece im looking for is what you have to undo inside of the trunk under the liner

I couldn't help but look at how that [apparatus] was assembled.

If it's a case where you gotta squeeze a watermelon through a hole the size of a lemon, I recommend a fairly heavy solution of dish soap and [hot] water to help the thing stretch.

Then rinse/wipe it off after it’s seated so the soap doesn’t dry into a crust.
