When I pulled my trans off last week, the wiring harness connector that sits above the trans (and runs to the side of the trans and rear O2 sensors) came busted off. I re-hooked the connection before installing the trans. It seemed to connect okay. However, the speedometer, odometer, and rear O2 sensors aren't working. I'm thinking it may not have a solid connection.

My question is, is it possible to reach that connector without pulling the trans back out? I'm trying to go through the top from under the hood. I thought I could pull the harness back up through the top, re-hook the connector, and then snake the opposite end of the harness (rear O2 sensor portion) back down past the trans and into place. Anyone ever have to do this? Not sure how difficult it will be.

When I did my headers I got at the O2 connectors from underneath the car but it was incredibly painful. I have fat hands though. Good luck.

I finally got it this morning. Used a string and was able to pull it through the top. I'm missing a few knuckles, but at least it's connected.
