Can I swap 16" 2004 rims onto my 89 LX

There was a post a while back where someone had a pic with rims like these on their LX but I can't find it. I just want to know if it is a straight swap to put these rims on. Anyone ever done this or could you post a pic with this swap done? Thanks.

those rims should be able to fit your car with the "poor mans 5 lug conversion"...lincoln/SVO front rotors, and ranger axles...
