can i tow a 5.0 with a dolley?

I towed mine from Delaware to Illinois on a dolley with the rear tires on the ground. That was 3 years ago. I've detected no adverse effect from it.

Understand that it's not the recommended way to tow a rear wheel drive car unless you plan to remove the driveshaft (which I did not).

A whole car dolley is ideal and how I intend to tow the Mustang to our next location.

I just towed mine from the front on a dolley, Had no choice becuse of where it was parked, fuel pump went :(, anyways It's really not good to do becuse it turns the stuff in the trans, Really your suppose to take the driveshaft out, I went at least 10 miles with mine. If possible i would tow it from the rear, when i do tow from the rear i put rags on the steering wheel and use 2straps to go from each side of the wheel down to the seat brackets, i don't trust the steering lock that much lol.
