can i use a 95 GT rear end in my 99?? please help!

Need to know, for sure, if indeed a 8.8 rear end assembly from a 95 mustang gt will bolt up into my 99 (v6 swapped to v8), i was told it would indeed bolt up and be fine and actualy be a bit narrower making room for a wider tire if desiered....right now its the least of my worries, i just need a 8.8 in my car andfast, what do you guys know??

what would you say a 95 GT rear end with 4.10's is worth? 400 sound fair? i can get a 2002 stock GT rear end from local salvage yard for 450....any ideas? and what RPM would i be at 70mph with 4.10's??
