I've asked similar questions and I'm going with "yes", so long as you choose the right cam and heads. And if you're going with boost, you can hit it without a problem.

Not likely N/A (but not impossible - how many rpms you wanna turn?).

Power adder is a different story.

well i'm doing afr 185s, custom cam and i want low to mid/high power....lol i want power all around but we cant have that can we?
but if i port both upper AND lower i am thinking that it will be sufficient.

It is definitely attainable, though you would be closer to the 400hp mark with that intake (even if it is fully ported). I have a friend that ran one on his 306 with gutted victor jr.'s and an F cam. He made over 400hp at the crank na. Once he gave in to my pestering and changed his intake, he gained quite a bit of power. Obviously, any cam and heads that flow the kind of CFM needed to attain your goal in na form will be hindered by a ported cobra. This is true for both boosted and na combos.

I made 333 rwhp with my CObra intake

433 with 7.5 psi, same combo..

but h/c/i combo did you have on there b4 the sc?
BTW: your combo you have now is exactly what i want to do.
