Can I Use Balancer & Flywheel From '79 351w On A '73 302 (both 28 Oz)?

Long story short - junk '73 302 engine in a Mustang, rebuilt '79 351W engine ready to go in.
'73 has the 164 tooth, 14.5" flywheel while the '79 has a 157 tooth, 13.25" flywheel

I don't want to have to get a new bell housing and starter that would be required to run the '79 flywheel.

Since both engines are balanced to 28 oz imbalance, can I use the '73 balancer and flywheel on the '79 351W so I can use the '73's original bell housing and clutch setup?

That's what I thought but it seems that the overall weight of the balancer is different - I guess what really matters is how much 'imbalance' is there.
