Can I use these plugs for the heads?

Can these be used to plug the holes in the back of the heads that the smog pump (or maybe it's the EGR) runs to? They seem a lot more efficient than a penny or the like.

One more question... are these the right head bolts for my TW heads? They say something about not being cut to fit. WTF is that?

Those are correct head bolts. I been running them for 4 years. I picked up a new set for my 347 though.

Those will work to plug the thermactor holes I just stole some bolt out of one of the bolt bins at the car craft center.
