i need the plug on stock headlight harness, mine got a little melted. delk told me 100 for the harness so i thought id see if you guys knew of anyone maybe parting out a stang, or another option, thanks.

nope, i've used stangparts before and the service & shipping speed was awesome. they were able to get me parts that weren't in their listed inventory as well

you can buy a headlamp connector repair kit from any Ford dealer. comes wth the hardshell connector, @6" of wire, connectors and shrink tube(this should be soldered) we have them in stock, @$16.00 + shipping. the Ford part # is 1U2Z-14S411-JA

I bet you used xenon light bulbs and melted the connectors. I've seen it lots of times.

I've seen replacement connectors at pep boys/autozone/advanced auto.

They just have the connectors and not include shrink tubing.

by connector you do mean the part that accepts the bulb, and screws into the back of the headlight housing?

Im here from 8am to 4pm, now we just sold 2 of these out in the shop so we only have 1 left on the shelf, can get more tomorrow.

If you plan to continue using high wattage bulbs or even if you don't. I'd say get a heavy duty relay harness. I've been using them on all my cars for several years now and running high wattage bulbs. It plugs into one of the stock bulb plugs (so you probably wouldn't have to replace the melted one), and runs directly off the battery, using the stock wiring only to switch the relays...
