ok here is my problem the car wont rev past 4k and the idle is all over the place now i have heard about a hundred different things it could be i was just wondering if anyone else had this problem or knows what the heck it could be

You’re right - it could be a hundred different things. The trick is to do some detective work to help sort them out. A description of your car's engine & its mods will help.

First thing is to dump the codes and see what the computer says is wrong…

Here's the link to dump the computer codes with only a jumper wire or paper clip and the check engine light, or test light or voltmeter. I’ve used it for years, and it works great.
