i LOOKED AT THE STRIKER POST AND I GUESS A SIZE 45 STAR BIT REMOVES THE STRIKER AND THAT APARENTLY IT RATTLES CAUSE THE PLASTIC GETS WORN!

ARE THE 94 95 GT'S BETTER CARS? THANK YOU SO MUCH

I'm not sure about the last three questions, but if you loosen the striker you can move it up and down. be careful though because when i first did it i moved it too much and the hatch wouldnt latch. your best bet would be to replace the plastic piece that goes around the striker. if this gets worn out the hatch will rattle. hope this helps

yes you can adjust the strike up /down and side to side. What i would do is find a piece of black hose and just cut it to match the size of the striker and put it there thats what i did and it works better than that nylon plastic piece that always cracks. My hatch doesn't rattle after i did that i used a piece of old air compresser hose and just slit it to go over the striker.

I bought a new striker at advance with a new bushing. Works better. When the bushing broke the car got noticeably louder and exhaust fumes would enter the car. That was a bad day. Lost a pony center cap that day. :(
