Can you fill a tr-3650 from the shifter area?

I don't feel like buying a pump for the fluid can I just pour it in from the top where the shifter goes? I allready have the shifter apart because I just changed my clutch. Thanks :SNSign:

yes you can it is much easier that way as well unless maybe you have a lift to work under.

just fill it until it starts coming out of the fill plug when you have it out and that is the correct amount and make sure your tranny is on as level a spot as possible so you dont over or under fill it

i have a vacuum tube that fits over the end of the nozzle on the bottles, that i just pop off the shifter and boot, run down to the side of the tranny fill plug and fill from inside the car.

unless you have the shifter assembly already off, then yes, you can fill it from there as well.
