I thought I've read it in posts before about warranties is you can take your car to ford and if its in good shape you can purchase a warrenty from them. Does anyone know about this, or any way I could get a warrenty somehow, or am I stuck paying for everything.. heh

There are all sorts of warranty companies that will sell you one with no inspection. I don't know about Ford, but all the warranties cover are powertrain. Watch out for deductibles, exclusions, claim inspections and terms.

You want peace of mind - they want your money and don't keep as much when they pay out! It's a gamble for both sides. Why don't they sell a powertrain warranty that starts at 100,000 miles when you might need it, or refund some/most of your premiums if you don't use it?
