Im going to be runing a 125 shot of nitrous on my 95 gt that is mostly stock except for 4.10s. What i was wondering is what size fuel pump do you guys recommend?

To answer your question, yes you can go to big with fuel pump. An oversized fuel pump can be bad if you don't have the proper components to call for it. Where's the extra fuel gonna go? Its gonna go back into the tank which is known as frictional loss. Anytime you have fluid flowing through a tube or pipe the only thing that creates loss or reduces pressure is friction of the fuel walls of the tube. You get to big a pump and the regulator can't flow enough fuel and the pressure starts rising even at idle. A 190 in the tank will support up to 460 hp with stock fuel lines.

Yes you can.

In tank fuel pumps start at the stock 110lph and go up to 255lph. 150lph and 190lph being the other most common choices. Going too big results in fuel being forced back to the tank via the return line. This a problem because unused fuel that is constantly in motion creates friction which creates heat. Heated fuel is not good. I am no NOS expert so I would read what the kit's instructions suggest for fuel delivery upgrades. JMHO. Have fun.
