Can you run Steeda X2 ball joints with stock springs?

Need to replace my ball joints and was wondering if there was any reason not to run the Steeda ball joints with stock suspension>? Only asking because I have a brand new set from another car I had so I figured why not use them. Would it cause any alignment issues?

It says that it allows the use of lower front spring rates but it does not say that you have to replace the springs, just that you can with softer ones.

More importantly it mentions checking the bump-steer, as this part changes the relationship between the lower control rod and the tie-rod.

Better to install part M-3075-D which would match your suspension setup and goes in more easily than just replacing the ball joint individually.

How hard is it to install a bump/steer kit. Saw a advertisement on what it does and I want one now.
