cant get a stud or anything thats fits in the header to h-pipe flange

i am missing a stud for the header to mid pipe connection. the studs are m12 metric threads. but an m12 bolt from the hardware store wouldnt fit. went to the parts store and they had a kit with 4 studs and nuts for 90-05 fords. 4 m12 studs and nuts.

well the studs wont fit my header and even the nuts they included wont even fit their own studs.

whats going on?

You can use a some all-thread. If there stock headers.

i just did what i did before i took a 3/8 bolt about 2.5 inches long and stuck it thru the hole and tack welded it on so it will hold but i can remove it later on.
worked great before so i did it again

i was going to get studs to replace it but i figured what the hell the old method worked
