Well actually it gets really close to stalling only after it hasn't been run in a while, like after school or especially in the morning. It used to only do this once in a blue moon, but now its everyday.
I've cleaned the IAB Valve a couple of times but this only fixes it on the start-up immediately afterwords. Also until it gets to like 110* it is really sluggish and hesitant. Please help me out.

P.S. My car is really slow, if thats related.

do you have an exhaust leak?...maybe between the headers and H-pipe?...you might have a bad throttle positioning sensor. just a couple of ideas that popped into my head.

What kind of fan do you have and do you have a large K+N cone filter under the hood.. I'm having that problem also.. my car won't start and run unless i unplug the MAF.. I have a flex fan right now in the car and a open filter right off the MAF.. every cold start (if the temp is under 100 degrees) the fan is blowing so much air some is getting into the MAF screwing it up.. I have to make a sheild to cover the filter slightly to prevent that and it will be fixed.. maybe yours is the same or close

check your battery it sounds like you have some dead cells. it might say 12. something volts but still check it with a brand new one, also your timing sounds to advanced while cold your car runs in a closed loop and finally when your car hits 180 degrees the ECU retards your set timing, relays your maf and it realizes how frickin hot it is and leans out your fuel injectors.

I do have a Flex fan which blows crazy air and I also have a fenderwell intake, this might be the problem.

I couldn't see any exhaust leaks.

Chances are it is my timing, my ignition module is almost touching the radiator hose so I know it's off, but could the distributor be put in a little too far clockwise and still be at the right timing?

Position of the TFI module is OK, as long as it lines up with the marks when you use a timing light.

Dump the codes and see what the computer says is wrong…

Here's the link to dump the computer codes with only a jumper wire or paper clip and the check engine light, or test light or voltmeter. I’ve used it for years, and it works great.
