I have a clarion CX609, after being unhooked it is now locked. Called customer service, only option on there is for dealers, I tried it and was on hold FOREVER. Anyone have any experience unlocking one of these before I toss it in the trash
Well, I finally got someone with clarion on the phone, they told me that a previous owner had to have set a code for it to be locked, i tried the code they gave me and it did not work. So basically if I cannot contact the previous owner and get the code it has to be replaced
