Car died on the freeway....HELP??

so i was cruising along the freeway today when my car just died. so i pulled over and noticed everything still works and the car turns over. i got under the hood and got into the fuse box and noticed one of the 20a fuses was fried so i put in another fuse and when to start the car again then all i got was a lil rev up then it died again. then i checked the fuse again and it was fried also.

So my question is how do u test a fuel pump??
