Well monday my car goes into the body shop

Im getting my steeda q400 hood painted and put on, steeda hoodpins installed, and im getting the horrendous key mark fixed that someone felt they had to inflict upon my poor pony

Also, i saw someone who had shaved off their third brakelight on their trunklid a while back on here and so im having mine shaved off as well and filled in and painted obviously. Im also getting all the badges on my car taken off and filled in besides the GT emblem on my trunk lid so when i beat cobra's and ta's they can see the GT emblem and know they got beat by just a GT mustang lol

I will post before and after pictures next friday when it's all done.

The week after that my parts should be coming in and in 3 weeks my car should be putting down 390-400rwhp.

Whats getting installed:
1) vortech S trim s/c kit from MPH with AFM powerpipe, lightning maf
2) bbk ceramic lt headers with matching offroad h pipe
3) mgw shifter
4) spec stg2 clutch

If anyone is famliar with the houston area and wants to know, im getting my car tuned at PSI motorsports in clear lake...

there are no holes behind the GT in the trunklid. Is your car a 99-04 or a 96-98???? I still have to see a 99-04 with all the emblems shaved.

I think not having a third brake light come on when braking would be obvious. The cop might not know where the light was, but he'll know it's missing.

yea i decided to hold off on the fox, i wasent ready to give up the comforts of the new edge

but yea mongoose kit ftw, ill be at the track to see what i run in about a month, should be low 12's if i can get some sort of traction

Yes, it is. DOT regulations require having the 3rd brake light.

I have heard a lot of horror stories coming from strictly performance, some people like them some dont. I havent heard anything bad about PSI, everyone seems to recommend them so i chose psi

Yeah, I have also heard good and bad about Strictly, however that is with every shop. How much is this setup going to set you back and do you happen to know the rate that PSI is going to charge for the tune?

Hopefully once you finish it, we can have yet another HRP Stangnet meet, but lets hope its not so damn cold this time

ok guys got the car back yesterday, its been raining for 2 days so its dirty as hell, sorry about that

Also since i know its going to get mentioned, i have new smoked headlights with clear corners, a chin spoiler, grill delete and antenna coming friday...

Edit: Notice how i got the emblems shaved off and filled in, i also had the third brake light filled in and the trunk lid painted ill have to take more pictures tomorrow
