I'm tired of the Borlas even as dumps the car is too quiet. So I got the pro-chamber. Not expecting a lot but geeze nothing. I am so quiet my girlfriend can't even hear me pull up in her driveway. I want some noise. The borlas sound good but you got to over 3k to get that good sound. I want loud got to get rid of these borlas and get something new. So time for suggestions...input everyone please....

-Thanks Chris

slp loudmouth, my buddy got pulled over in his 98 and the cop checked for cats, but all it was was a catback system... the tone isn't for everyone, and neither is the volume. Plus that pro-chamber definately quiets it down too, toss an o/r X on there and the difference will be night and day.

OK Striped5.0 is right no need to wake the undead just need to be loud. I have an off road X (dunno know what kind its looks like flowtech)in storage. It was quiet with 2 Chamber flows.I'm keeping the Pro-Chamber. I wanted the exhaust with the most power. That is why I got the Pro-chamber and the borlas. Well I think I'm gonna sell the borlas with the turndowns on them. I ain't wanting to pay ungodly money for a catback. Just need some loud mufflers. Loud is great to me. I used to have a IROC-Z (POS) with the factory gutted cat and no mufflers just pipe. Now that was loud.

Loud cars get old, fast. Real fast.

You get to keep the sleeper look with quiet exhaust. Remember, no one (company) can make more power than Borla. Nobody.

Funny you should say that...Just last night i took my Spintech Sportsmans off and put my 55k stock muffs back on...I was tired of the noise all the time..Stocks sound nice and quiet, no drone...Ahhhh...When I step into it, she still sounds stout....I got Mac LTs/Prochamber so it still has a nice tone to it....

well ive got the classic LT's with and o/r hpipe and dumped flows. god they sound good. only drone at about 1100rpms (which im rarely rarely at :) ). it sounds great, its nice and loud and when you step on it....it freakin roars. might be too loud for some people but i know ill never get sick of hearing my own exhaust. have had some sort of o/r hpipe and flows on my car for about 2-3 years now and i still love the sound. some people get sick of it and others will love it til im old :)

You know, I thought that too once. I had flowmasters and mac's for years and decided I wanted to quiet it down and I got a dynomax race magnum cat back. Those mufflers came off after a month or so and back to 2 chamber flowmaster. I just love the sound my car has with them and longtubes/offroad H. Its not just loud noise, its a nice loud tone :D

You're right about that. I always liked the sound of the stock catback, I just wished the piping was a bigger diameter.

Even driving my car with a Prochamber and Magnaflow mufflers (which are a "pretty quiet" muffler) gets really old after while. I drove it 3 days in a row and rang up about 80 miles. I was actually glad to get back driving the T-Bird and being able to hear the radio.
