What could be the possible causes of a rich condition? I am talking super super rich. I checked for Vac leaks and couldn't find any. Could my tune be that out? My tuner has taken 30% of fuel out of the original tune he gave me. Said he still needs to take another 20% out just to get a WOT pass in. He said if he does that the Load on the car will be down to about 7 or 8 when it should be around 17?? Something to do with pulling major timing or advancing major timing. Does this make sense to anyone? How could this be? Waht else could make this thing run so pig rich?

Those are some big a$$ injectors

That they are, my tuner told me to go with them if I ever wanted to up the power level anymore. I was planning on running the 14# pulley right away but chickened out, don't think i have enough octane fuel to run that high with the heat the KB produces. My tuner knows all this so i assume he is tuning accordingly.

Thanks for all of your help guys. Just confirming what I thought. He should have the car on the Dyno as we speak so hopefully he can get it working properly. I'll find out tomorrow, I'm supposed to go up with a colleague to get the car. If not i guess i have to wait until it's done. I hope he can get it straightened out so i can at least get my car back.

The injectors are not too big. I know of plenty of guys runing 60's. It sounds like you have another problem somewhere that you need to get fixed first. In your other post about your o2 sensors not working, the cause of that is likely the root of the issue.

What is your a/f ratio at idle?
What do you o2's read with the key on engine off?
Is your tuner shutting off adaptive during the runs?
Did the tuner save any datalogs of the runs, and if so can you post them?

We still can't figure out the problem. The O2's were like this on the ca when it was N/A and we were still able to tune the car with ease, we just had to keep it in open loop. Now we have no idea what is going on. Nothing makes sense. With the amount of fuel we will have to take out it it will bring load down to 5 or so when it should be 17-25.
