You should make a checklist of everything you have looked at and see if you missed something obvious? i know i think better when i can see everything in front of me

Well i think i may have th problem solved! Its as simple as the sparkplugs not being tighten properly. I had my tuner check those and he said they were not even finger tight and some had gaps that were out quite a bit. He put new ones in and fired it up on the dyno just for a test and he said everything looked good! He said the old plugs were black all the way up the threads so we were getting some blow by. He's gonna finally get to tune this thing early this week. Hopefully i can get it back on Thursday! I'll keep you posted.

Thats great news that it was something as simple as that... but im surprised you didn't notice a misfire or hear any sort of a tapping sound. I've had a plug come loose on me before and it sounds like metal on metal tapping, plus there is a noticeable misfire. But anyway, I'm glad it's fixed!

We were actually getting misfires. i checked it on a scantool from work and it showed that. I just thought it was the excess fuel maybe blowing out the spark. I didn't gap or put the plugs in, my father in law did while I was doing the wiring. i dropped them in and asked if he would tighten them. I should have double checked but didn't. We were in such a hurry we both probably forgot. Anywho, it's done now. Hopefully get her tuned and on the road by this coming weekend .
