Okay, my 1994 mustang GT 5.0 5 speed (T5) jerks when I’m decelerating in gears 1-3 at about 2k rpm. When I let off the gas it starts jerking. And when I start to accelerate it hesitates.. just randomly started this last week. Anybody else have this issue before? If so I couldn’t use some guidance please and thanks!

All things being equal i would say timing is off. You haven't touched the distributor lately have you?
No I haven’t touched anything. I will tell you this though, it didn’t start this until after I ran test and tune last Friday night at that drag strip. Now that is the second time I have ran it at the strip. I do believe the clutch lets out a bit higher than normal but I expect that with dumping clutch off the line several times those nights. I feel like it’s in the transmission or rear gears but I don’t know. I’m hoping this weekend I will have the chance to check my fluids all around and maybe figure something out.
