my 92 LX is just a dog.car has 134 k on clock which isnt in my opinion that much.Ok it is pretty much stock(pulleys,CAI,quadrant, firewall adjuster)but I have had 2 stock fox bodys and they both would embarass the heck out of my current one.It will smoke em up if I dump the clutch in 1st ,but even then youre not pulled back in the seat, I cant even chirp 2nd .It has been fully tuned up,cleaned the mass air.Timing @14* no CEL on,no codes in memory.I mean it runs pretty good, doesnt smoke, not pinging.Just a dog.I noticed if I stand behind it, out of each pipe you can hear like a pulsing or spitting thats pretty constant.Gas mileage is crappy as well. The other thing that I noticed is the dizzy seems to be kinda far to the left ,using the module as a reference the connector harness for the module seems like it is awfully tight ,meaning no slack at all,but im getting 14 btdc,so even if I was i or 2 teeth off that wouldnt really matter would it?doesnt seem like the clutch is slipping.iI dunno I guess I should run a compression test.I was thinking about swapping out the timing chain next.anybody have any ideas?

Yeah if a car can't breathe, it won't perform too well.
