Well to start things off it is a 89 lx with a 5.0. It has a B cam and full exhaust. I just put on an electric fan and an intake. Put the fan on Tue. and drove it around to set the thermostat. Drove it to work on Wed. On the way home it idled a bit rough and bogged a little on takeoff. Get home and let the car set for a while and decided to check the oil, coolent, brake fluid, ect. you know the weekend tuneup. Well went to start the car to let it cycle the oil and warm it up to see if the fan will still work(causious of it not kicking on) The car has a brand new batt. Just put on 1 week ago and a new starter relay. Went to start and it turned over and over. No startup. Checked all my fuses and wiring. I.E. grounds power loose bolts nuts and find no errors. I usually turn my key to the acc possition and I can hear my fuel pump prime, and nothing
. So I check the relay #16 under the hood connected and good. I go under the drivers seat and check the fuel relay. Pluged in and good. Is it my fuel pump. I don't have a code reader and don't want to drop the tank if I don't have to. Any input guys. Any would be appreciated.
