Yep, I just don't see why my dealer couldn't have bothered to call and get this info. So far I have never been given an update from them, I have just been checking myself.
Sorry, I would have responded to your post, but I don't know how you get the rail car number. I was just given the current estimated location of my car and the ETA. This was done by talking to an analyst as torri834 said.
