For the last month my car has been stalling on cold starts. On first engine crank it stalls, but starts fine on the second attempt. No rough idling once started. It seems to happen more when it is cold or damp out. I'm thinking the IAC is going. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

maybe try turning key to accessories and let the fuel pump prime and then a few seconds later turn the key and see if it starts right up, fuel pump may be goin out

Tried this this morning, same results, first crank stall, second starts fine. More info: battery and fuel filter are in good condition.

my car does that also but I have a cam in my car. Once I start my car I hold idle at 2rpms for about minute or two then its fine. Once snow comes forget it, car runs like crap it wont idle until it hits close to engine temp.
