ahh, how far up?

The reason I mentioned Arthur and sixth is because someone drove through the park on seventh and did a bunch of cookies, and ran into some stuff. Who know, It was probably my car.

Also, Im up on Larch, when we head up there to go shootin, ridin, or wheelin, there are always freshly stripped cars up there. Not sure how far you are from the Hockinson area outside of Vancouver, but checking up there might not be a bad idea.

Its about a 2.5 hour drive up there. But who knows.

I have been checking the usualy spots for dumped vehicles. But there are a lot of rural roads here.

I saw on the news tonight that Eugene police had a pursuit from springfield to Eugene. Down franklin. I was thinking it was my car until they said that speeds went up to 100 mph.

I guess the car the police were chasing was stolen, they ended up catching both people in the car after they wrecked.

I'm seeing and hearing a lot about recent car thefts, and people breaking into cars. I believe it's due to more meth out there and people being all drugged up. I've done what I can to protect my Stang, and carry everywhere I go.

I'll keep my eye out for the accord. Fockin' stealin' bastards.

Recovered today by the police. It was less than 2 miles from my house down a rural road.

I have not had a chance to go look at it yet, but the police said there was some engine parts stolen, and my stereo.

In other news, the thieves stole a Mac Tools truck yesterday and drove it into the lake bed. They got away with $50,000 worth of tools. The guy who owns the truck leaves it parked in the street in front of his house. I have always figured it would just be broken into, not completely stolen.

Now I just need to find the sob's.

It's good they found your car, sucks that people stole **** out of it. Do they know who jacked that Mac Tools truck? I hope those jerks get what's coming to them.

Yeah, I have a feeling they know who it is. The police have pretty much said that they are waiting for the person to slip up a little bit so they can firmly nail them to the cell wall.

I have no clue how this person thinks they can steal so many vehicles in such a small town and not get caught. I believe they are up around 20 in the last month. My town only has 9,000 people in it. Someone will talk, or see something. Hell, when the police told me a tool truck was stolen I asked them if it was the one thats usually parked on sixth and taylor and they said yes. There is not enough people here for anything to go unnoticed.

unlike eugene, or portland. Where someone tells you about something they saw and you would not have a clue as to where they are talking about.

anyways, I would bet my next paycheck that it has something to do with Meth.

I won't take that bet, because I know you have a sure winner. People on meth don't think about that kinda stuff. They just want to get their fix. Tweekers are the scum of the earth that would steal from you then try to help you find what they stole. I hope they nails those SOBs to a cross for it.

I doubt anything will really happen to the people that stole your car? If anything unless they can connet them to all the car thefts they'll maybe spend the night in jail get a ticket or work crew and be on there way the next night looking for another! As far as tweakers stealing it? Doubt that either it was prob some kids or the russians looking for parts? I'd just be happy to get it back! Look at it this way the honda is a perfect decoy so they dont get the stang!! What about the lojack system? Anybody have one of them or know anyone that does? I think this would be the best to have!? Kill switches? if someone wanted it then all they gotta do is scope out your ride after not being succesfull the first time to see what you do to start it? I had mine located under my seat to where all i had to do was reach down and flick the switch as i was sitting in it, even if you were a passenger in my car you would never know what i was doing! $50 from car toy's to put it in! peace

I went and checked it out this afternoon. They hacked out the ECU, cutting all the harnesses. They also cut the wires going into the fuze box. They stole the battery and the radiator (was new last summer).

They also ripped off the air intake. Not sure what was under it that they wanted so bad.

On a slightly positive note, I was given a name as well as a general location to a residence.

How many hits does it take before someone loses thier ability to do math?

that depends on how many swings you are willing to take at their head with a baseball bat. :SNSign:

I have a new problem.

aluminum or wood.

I am partial to wood, since I am an old fashioned type of guy. But aluminum give a much more satisfying sound. Plus it is lighter and can be swung faster. But it lacks the mass.

I would go for sound and speed. You can get more hits in, and depending on the point of impact on the head and on the bat, you can seriously F someone's world up. If you want to be more old school, nothing beats a lead pipe. Solid, not too heavy, does major damage, and the hollowness also adds somewhat of the sound effect you are looking for.

Nope, I am not a big Italian or anything...

The alleged car thieves house burned to the ground.

apparently thier wood stove caught thier couch on fire. I was kind of hoping it was because the paper ran a story and listed thier names and addresses.

Karma is a SOB. Unfortunantly I did not get to go to the fire. The guys at the station were telling me that they squirted the tweaker with the fire hose on accident.
