Could be warped rotors, or a bad ball joint. Try grabbing on of the front tires and work it back and forth as hard as you can, see if you can detect any movement.
Warper rotors won't make the car physically wobble. Something in the wheel, hub or bearings is out of round...or the strut could be loose or something like that.
I'd put the front on jackstands and start pushing and pulling and moving things around.
My girlfriend just asked me to look into this on her car. Turns out the driver front tire had "cupping" on the inner edge. Never overlook your tires as a source.
I agree, rotors could be warped, but you are going to feel the wobble, more at high speed braking, not low speed. Tires sound like more of a suspect.Check for bubbles or bulges in the tread.
