Car wont start Theft

I just installed the autometer gauge cluster for my 02 mustang gt and I disconnected the posotive battery instead of the negative and I went to start the car and all the lights went crazy and the car wouldnt start and the theft light was flashing rapidly. I disconnected the battery for 10 minutes but no luck. Any suggestions?

Did you check fuses? Mine did a very similar thing when I installed my O2 eliminators. I blew the 50 amp main fuse. It may be a cheap fix.

I will check now but I dont think so cuz all the cluster lights came on and off and the theft light kept flashing so i turned the car off well it never started but i took keys out and defrost light stays on with keys out of ignition. ????

Nevermind I forgot to switch the motherboards I put the new one in instea dof the origional one.thanks for the help......
